FIME offers 6 high-quality masterclasses to help all players of all levels improve. 

This first edition we offer 5 bassoon masterclasses with a maximum of 3 students per teacher, with a maximum of 40 minutes for each masterclass; plus a collective masterclass  1h30min with a maximum of 8 contrabassoon students.

The distribution of the Masterclasses are as follows: 

• Hans Agreda : Contrabassoon collective masterclass.

• Rafael Angster and Marie Boichard : Bassoon Masterclass, French repertoire.

• Reynold Cárdenas : Bassoon Masterclass, all levels.

• Matthias Rácz : Bassoon Masterclass, higher level. 

• Guilhaume Santana : Bassoon Masterclass, higher level.

• Giorgio Versiglia : Bassoon masterclass, bassoon techniques, all levels.

To be able to register and opt for a Bassoon Masterclass as an active student:

1. Send a link to a video on YouTube or any digital platform with the introduction and development of WAMozart's Concerto for Bassoon and Orchestra in Bb Major KV191 (with or without piano); along with a brief resume , registration (as Active) and proof of la  half of the payment as an active student to the Festival (€30 equivalent as a listener), sending to _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_fime@fimextremadura.com

2. Submit all documents before July 25, 2022. 

3. Once attendance has been confirmed as an active Festival student with the right to a Masterclass, the student must pay the remaining amount (€30) within a maximum period of 10 days.

4. If the remaining payment is not made within that period, it will go to the next one on the list. 

5. Students who cannot opt for the Masterclass will have the right to attend as a listener. 

6. The FIME organization will distribute students to each teacher according to the level of each student.

To be able to register and opt for the collective Contrabassoon Masterclass as an active student:

1. Send a brief CV together with the orchestral or professional experience with the contrabassoon, indicate if you have your own contrabassoon or not; registration (as Active), proof of half of the payment as an active student to the Festival (€30 equivalent as a listener), a  fime@fimextremadura.com

2. Submit all documents before August 1, 2022.  

3. Once attendance has been confirmed as an active Festival student with the right to a Masterclass, the student must pay the remaining amount (€30) within a maximum period of 10 days.

4. If the remaining payment is not made within that period, it will go to the next one on the list. 

5. Students who cannot opt for the Masterclass will have the right to attend as a listener. 

6. The FIME organization will provide a contrabassoon for the masterclass, but students can bring their own contrabassoon. 

7. The FIME organization will distribute students to each teacher according to the level of each student.

* No refund of payment will be made, unless the Festival event is canceled due to force majeure.
